    • Can I stay for 5 Nights?

      Yes! If you have bought the ticket that allows you to stay in eco camping for 5 nights, then you will be able to stay with us for that period of time!

    • Can I camp with you if I do not have an eco camping ticket?

      If you already hold a general or quiet camping ticket, you can book with us and contact Ticketmaster customer services to amend your ticket type so that you will receive an Eco Camp wristband when you arrive at the event!

    • Do you provide tent hire to access camping?

      Sadly we do not currently offer this as a service. However, we are hopeful that we will be able to at future Download Festivals!

    • Can I get a full refund?

      If you need to refund your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible - Please make sure you have your order reference on hand!
