Our pre-pitched tents are based in Eco Camp.

If you have an existing weekend camping ticket then we can have that amended to an Eco Camp wristband.

We will liaise with our senior contact at Ticketmaster to have your existing ticket changed over to Eco Camp so that you can access our service without any issues.

Can I stay for 5 nights?

Yes!

If you have bought a 5 night weekend camping ticket then you will be able to stay with us for the full duration of the event.

Those holding a 3 night camping ticket will be able to stay for 3 nights.

Can I camp with you if I do not have an eco camping ticket?

No matter what weekend camping wristband you hold, you'll be able to stay with us.

Simply use our contact form to send us your Ticketmaster booking details and we will liaise with our senior contact at Ticketmaster to have your tickets amended without any hassle.

Do you provide tent hire to access camping?

Sadly we do not currently offer this as a service. However, we are hopeful that we will be able to at future Download Festivals!

Can I get a full refund?

If you need to refund your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible - Please make sure you have your order reference on hand!
